Profile changes
The app supports changes to permitted profile details. Some identity, contact, application or financial fields can require validation or human review because they affect account ownership and risk checks. Never create a second account just to change a detail.
Notification choices
- Payment reminders: notices about upcoming instalment activity.
- Due-date alerts: notices tied to payment due dates.
- Promotions: optional marketing and offer messages.
Delivery is not guaranteed
Keep the registered phone and email current and allow app notifications. Network, device and provider conditions may delay a notification; reminders do not replace your responsibility to check the payment schedule.
