Before deactivation
Every order balance must be fully settled. If an order is neither paid nor refunded and its paid amount is below the final amount, the app blocks deactivation. Resolve pending payments, refunds and disputes first.
Deactivate in the app
- Review the warning and confirm that you want to deactivate.
- Enter the current password.
- When accepted, the account becomes inactive, push-notification tokens are revoked and active access tokens are removed.
Privacy requests and reactivation
Account deactivation is not the same as immediate deletion of every record. Financial and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact human support for data-rights requests, accidental deactivation or a possible reactivation; the chatbot cannot perform these actions.
