Create a customer or merchant account

Start registration

1. Choose whether you are registering as a customer or merchant. A merchant must also enter the business name.
2. Enter your first name, last name, Ghanaian phone number and email address.
3. Create and confirm a password of at least eight characters containing uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a special character.
4. Add a valid referral code now if you have one. You may also apply one later, but only before account activation.
5. Submit the form, verify the phone number and continue through the application sections.

Registration is not activation

A newly created account receives access to the onboarding flow but cannot use approved-account features until the application is complete and approved. If you return before activation, signing in should take you back to the appropriate registration, review or declined state.

Duplicate details

A phone number or email address can belong to only one account. If the app says either is already registered, use password recovery or contact support instead of creating another identity.
