What each instalment shows
- Sequence number and total number of instalments.
- Original amount due and any amount already paid.
- Scheduled due date.
- Paid, pending or overdue state.
- Any accrued penalty amount and the current total amount due.
Where to check
Open Instalments for a chronological list, or open an order and view its instalments. You can filter instalments by paid, pending or overdue status. Order history also shows the merchant, order total, amount paid, payment state and fulfilment state.
Use account figures
The schedule attached to the completed order is the source of truth for its amounts and dates. A generic calculator or help article cannot replace that contract-specific schedule.
