Place an online order
- Open an active merchant and add eligible products to your cart.
- Adjust quantities or remove items before checkout.
- Keep each cart to one merchant. Products from different merchants cannot be paid as one order.
- Review the product total, discount, selected schedule, charges, first instalment, later due dates, delivery address and order note.
- Choose an available payment gateway and complete the first instalment on the secure payment page.
- Return to CanPay and wait for successful payment verification before treating the order as complete.
Checkout controls
The order can be blocked if the account is inactive or unverified, direct debit has not been authorised, there are overdue payments, the order is below the current minimum, available credit is insufficient, the merchant cannot accept orders or the wallet is locked. Follow the exact message shown in the app.
Current minimum
The current application enforces a GHS 500 minimum financed order value. The checkout message is authoritative if this threshold changes.
