Use CanPay in store

Select a participating in-store merchant, enter or select the purchase items and confirm the CanPay payment plan.

At the merchant

  1. Confirm that the location accepts CanPay and that your account is approved and in good standing.
  2. Use the in-store shopping flow for that merchant. The in-store cart must contain items from one merchant.
  3. Review the amount with the merchant before continuing. Check the plan, total payable, first payment and every due date.
  4. Complete payment through the gateway shown and keep the CanPay order reference.

Avoid duplicate payment

If the payment page closes, remains pending or appears to fail, check order and payment history before trying again. Do not pay the merchant a second time until the original reference has been checked.

Goods and fulfilment

Inspect goods and confirm fulfilment or collection terms directly with the merchant. Product quality, availability, delivery and return eligibility are governed by the merchant.
