Apply as a CanPay merchant

Register as a merchant and complete owner identity, business, selling-channel and settlement verification.

Merchant application

  1. Choose Merchant during sign-up and provide the business name plus owner or representative contact details.
  2. Verify the registered phone and complete personal identity details with a Ghana Card.
  3. Add business name, service name, category, phone, email, URL if available, address or landmark, key services and a description.
  4. Select whether the business operates in store, online or both.
  5. Upload proof of address, business certificate and Form A when requested, plus a suitable business logo.
  6. Add and validate mobile money and any relevant bank settlement details, accept the terms and submit.

Review

CanPay reviews identity, business and financial information before activation. If an application is returned with comments, correct the named sections. Approval, commercial terms and activation are not guaranteed by submitting the form.
